yes, this sample one in the photo does not have the keyway cut yet, and the inner step above the OT is not fully cut and it is CNC cut from a solid billet... we could make them from a steel billet but I am not sure its needed, if we made these from steel it would ad more machine time to CNC process and increase the bottom line price

I would want one in steel as the original. Do you have any for sale? |

Nice! Will these only fit 36hp motors or will they also fit the later 40hp? |

I don't see a reason why they wouldn't
they would fit a 1600 DP if your going for the look... I think you'll have belt alignment issues and need to run some shims like this...
our pulley is proudly made right here in the USA if " hugheseum " post was concerning our reproduction...

right on....thanks for answering, you should put that in the ad "proudly made in the usa!" do that and you sold one to me.......some folks have gotten parts from suppliers that have sourced out to china and the end product reflects that with its poor quality casting/attention to fit/function,thats why i asked.........i didnt want a chinese pulley on my german motor.......props for having them made in the usa! _________________ Have a great day! |

ISP's pulleys are certainly nice especially the cut one! I have been following this thread for a while. I remember the repro that was available several years ago. They were $85 and I thought that was crazy. And with the price of the the other available T-I repros really out there, I decided to see if I could make my own. I have NO $ in this. A friend gave me the pulley. I think I may use it-

Apologies for draggin up an old thread, but were the holes already in the pulley or did you drill them yourself as all the modern pulleys i've seen are either solid or hve 5 holes rather then 4. |

I drilled them myself. I carved a wood plug for the center so I could make a centermark and just guessed on all the other dimensions. I put out queries asking for measurements but got no responses. It is kind of growing on me! _________________ "My biggest worry is that when I die, my wife will sell all my parts for what I told her I paid for them"-Jon

I'm interested in one for my 36hp motor, so it needs to be the right size and needs to be bolt on.
Anthony?
