Okay, my VW is hesitating just off idle. It is acting exactly like it has the .009 hesitation, but I have just replaced the .009 with a brand new SVDA. I've set the timing, replaced the plugs (gapped correctly), adjusted the valves, replaced the coil, and I can't get rid of this hesitation. The things I have done have made it less noticable, but it is still there and I want it gone. The motor is bone stock. Anyone have any other suggestions?

carbs running lean? or your timing just isnt quite right yet. Thats all I can think of.

What kind of carb are you running? What size engine do you have?
