Heya guys...

I've searched but none of the "heater cable" posts mention length...

I'm working on my heater control cables. other than both tubes having part of the cables rusted inside ( it really sucks - what, cut and weld??) I have two replacements but not sure if they are the right ones.

one came zap strapped to the side of its tube (drivers side) and the other was siezed and despite my efforts and patience, I wasnt able to get it out of the tube whole. anyhow..

I understand there might be a difference in the lengths of various heater cables through the years - and maybe from right to left on my 1972 ...

The two cables I have are very slightly different lengths, like maybe 1", but i dont know what side they are for, and since installation will be a pain, and maybe hacked a bit, (zap straps?) anyone know which goes where so i can do it just the one time? Very Happy thanks

The RH cable is 4235mm and the left is 4110mm on a 72.
