My 82 Westy seats are pretty tired and I’m trying to find better ones from a different car. What could fit. _________________ 82 orange Diesel Westy

Try an outfit called "Sewfine", They have seats they call Colorado hi back.
I think they are about $1200 for the pair. Also, Go Westy has racaro seats for about $1100 a piece. _________________ Jack

Eurovan seat fits with very little modification ( grinding a part of the rail ). They are wonderful replacement, arm rest, and very confortable. I bought mine for 100$ a pair. They are usually easy to find.

pick up a set of 84+ vanagon seats with arm rests.
be aware that actual "westfalia" seats are slightly shorter in the base (fore-aft) length.
but really any vanagon seat would improve the driving comfort over worn out seats.

Seats from SAAB cars (900, 900, 9-5, 9-3) are all popular fitments over here (UK) - you find them on ebay advertised as replacements for VW van seats!
Minimal changes required to the runners - apparently. |
