...please
I'm pretty sure it's an old repo front bumper blade, but what I'm wondering about are the two holes that have metal plugs in them. What's the deal here?

Maybe drilled for foglamp brackets, and when they later removed them, they wanted it to look better? |

It has a good amount of surface rust. I cleaned it off somewhat but couldn't find any markings. _________________ 1960 Sedan. L349 Jade Green. |

I could buy that theory.
So if that's the case then the plugs and holes aren't factory but rather added by a PO? Along with the two holes in the center for a license plate.
I was going to weld the extra holes and have it re-chromed but I don’t think so now. _________________ 1960 Sedan. L349 Jade Green. |
