Can 58-64 hinge brackets work on pre 57 decklids?

Thanks Kevin

If you're talking about the U shaped piece that fits between the body and the hinge, I have a set of 58's on my W decklid right now.

Yep thats the one.. After looking at my 54 brackets, I noticed that the hole on the front of the bracket seems longer in the later models. The one pointing towards the front of the car to be exact, i was not sure if this would affect the fit and alignment. thanks for the the reply, It seems like later model ones should be ok.
