So I'm sitting here messing around on my computer, and my 6-year old walks up and hands me her Lego interpretation of a Vanagon.

I am overwhelmed with pride that my kids love the thing to the point of creating art in its image:

Unfortunately I have only the one passenger seat in my van-the rest of the interior is tool boxes.
And coincidentely, tonite the oldest announced at dinner it was about time-this spring-that we started taking family trips to see what there is to see here in NoCa. Now I 'need' a Westy of my own Razz

It's a lovely piece, and a good start! Have you told her that she made the Vanagon a little too aerodynamic, though?

Shocked

BRICK? I WISH IT HAD THAT MUCH STREAMLINING!

Best!

That is impressive - our three year old did his first and second tractor yesterday - I am so proud Wink

Dad is 35 years her senior but still enjoying playing with lego. This one lasted about a month before it became.....who knows (although I can still identify the hi-top in the box-o-bits)

Thanks!

I just showed her this thread. She looked at mikey9's Lego Westy and said, "I need more Legos."

Being the pushover that I am, it's off to Target in a few...

I was just thinking the other day that I had never seen a pink Vanagon. Now I have, and a nice one too. Thanks!
