Finally listened to this song...hilarious.

So, how do you all feel knowing you're driving God's car?

Saw them last night with Sam. Good show, great music!

Here's another classic car tune of theirs; not about VW's, but some of you may relate:

Yes, and no. I chatted with the lead singer (Wammo) briefly, but he was pretty out of it - oral surgery earlier in the day and a 2 hour show.

Yeah, apparently he cracked a tooth while down south, and was asking Sunday night for a good referal to a dentist in the area...

Oh no! Their Facebook page says they're retired. Was checking to see when/where they were playing. I wonder if they realize they created an anthem?

They've done a couple of Christmas reunion shows here in Austin, where they invite the entire cast of bandmembers from over the years ( which includes some pretty heavyweight musicians) to rotate out on various songs from over the years. It's a great time. If your interested, look up Wammo's song "Beer", or "Hick Hop", which is a country/gangster rap fusion song! Also Stan Smith, the older "jazz cat" looking guy who plays clarinet has some great solo work, "Paint My Mailbox Blue" is a nice one. All around probably the most diverse band I've ever seen...
