There is a 86 weekender in the lot. Still has good pop top and canvas. Good candidate for a conversion. There is also a 87 that still has the table inside. Engine and stuff are almost picked clean though. A 1/3 off everything this 3 day weekends at PicknPull.

Wonder if any of these vehicles were ever on CL.

They'd be asking market price with an ad but then sell to the boneyard via the state buy back program for pennies on the dollar.

Woe is me.

It appears they both are the Cash for Clunkers vans as there are paint over the engine.

How is the interior on either of those vans?
Brown or black?
Stuff still there?

Thanks!

I think they have gray interior/seats. The rear cabinet is still there but the door is gone. Air condition overhead, side table and panel is there. No jump seats I believe. The 86 weekender is in white and the 87 is silver. I may have mixed up what is in what.

There's also a Eurovan down the same row as the white weekender.

The weekender is brown. I just got the pop-top any my friend got the top bed mattress, fold down part and bits. Much of it has been picked although there is an OK rear bench seat (some stains but no rips I believe, broken cluster with a clock, front seats have rips, engine is still there with most of its components. Rear and sliding doors are gone.

Is there a way to know(get notified) whenever they bring in new vanagons in the local yards? Like e-mail list or website search?

They added a new feature on their web site that you can search for a particular car/van. Make sure to note the location so it is easier to find.
