So... trying to put some new-to-me shocks on the front of my Notch. The old shocks, when pulled off, left the metal sleeve on the bottom on both sides. It's frozen to the spindle.
I've tried everything I can think of to get the sleeve off. I've sprayed tons of PB Blaster on it. Used some big Vice-Grips. No luck. The only thing I haven't done is heat it up. Any advice getting this sleeve off so that I can put a new shock on?

Split it lengthwise with a cold chisel.
You usually do not have to split it completely through. It will come loose before that.

Just f*king split it. No need for a torch.
