what does it mean if i have oil in my valves? i went to adjust my valves and on the # 1&2 side there was oil inside
what does this mean and what do i have to do about it?
would this be the reason my engine isnt running good, it went from running great when i went to work to running like shit when i went to leave, i dont get it.

Adjust your valves for one thing. .006" is the gap. Oil is in there, if there was not oil, would you like your valves to sieze from lack of lubrication? To keep the oil in though, make sure those gaskets have a good seal. Most likely you just adjusted them wrong if that is what you were doing in the first place. Try again.
