The stud that is in the top of the mount where it bolts to the AT tranny. Broke off there is a piece of it hanging out but Im trying to figure if it attaches from the inside or does it just turn out? I think I can get a replacement locally but need to know the easiest way to get them out.

That should just be a stud threaded in. Don't use an easy-out, it'll break off and cause more problems. BTDT.
Soak it in Kroil, heat it, cool it, repeat. Try to turn it out. If you can cut a slot in what's left, you can use a flat screwdriver and vice grips to spin it out.
If that fails, drill it out. You can always tap it out to the next size up.

I think it may have enough on it to get two nuts right on top of each other on there.

Sure double nut it, but first do the soaking.

Also, just tighten it a tad before you attempt to unscrew it.

This relieves some tension. (Don't ask, my German master mechanic dad always did this. You will hear a pop and you know it is ready to come out.)

HEAT helps.

Don't chance breaking it off more!

I will give it a shot. I have a junk tranny here with some studs on it So I will try to pull those out.
