| Good pics. I was there and took some pics that need to get developed. The swap was pretty good, too bad I hesitated on getting some window frames that were in excellent condition but I did get a practically new shift lock with keys for 5 bucks! along with some other nic nacs. All in all it was a great turn out. Who won the Bay? |

Quilen from the Strictly Vintage 2s Central Coast Chapter won it!  She actually digs bays so it was a fitting winner!

Now that you metion it... hmm guess their is only 1 pic.... i didnt really notice... oohhh wait.. most of the pic's i took were eirly on during the day..
their wasnt that many people their yet... look at the rows of cars... they are empty..
also i have more baja bugs the fat chicks.....go figure..... i will make up for it at the next show ok....

i'm just messin abou the split my first bus was a 71' sunroof baywindow . Maybe busman could charge $3 to take pics of folks in their baywindows

Just what is tha supposed to mean ??? we ( the splitty guys ) never had a problem with the Bays... are you saying yawll had a problem wit us??
I thought we were all ken... in our own vw world.... a bus is a bus...
some have big windows some dont... some have 6 foot tail lights in the back some dont... .... its all in what you perfer...
if you like a window in the from of your bus that makes you look like bubble boy and tail lights you can ski with then so be it..
but for those of us that like the 2 windows in the front that gives you limited vision and tail lights so small that at night you are praying to god that people can see you.. then thats your choice...
but we are all together in this vw world and it will take all of us to make sure it keeps going....
and that my friends is what is all about....

| Actually i thought you guys didnt like us... OCTO wont let us show our busses...now they chrage us 40.00 bucks if we wanted to sell at the swap meet. Except for the FFest.. there are hardly any classes for Bays at Shows, one group 68 up Bus is the norm. Hell i have a bug and a bus.... it sall good. PEACE !! |

My friend here in Monterey Park drove his green 65 camper on BRM's there and got first in his class! Thats pretty cool concidering what that bus looked like when he first got it!
