Was given this odd rear hatch. Appears to be factory. Anyone know what it was originally intended for? The glass is securit. I only have the hatch, no M-codes.

Its a rear window deleted hatch. At some point, a scumbag hippy got his hands on it, and cut windows in it.

Does not look like a hack. The glass is fit real nice into the hatch. Could it be off a commercial model?

I agree, factory hatch, I just can't recall the exact bus I've seen those on right now.

Edit: Saw a few in Mexico IIRC.
