I apologize for leaving you all in the lurch. My Sisters husband had lifelong diabetes. As some here know he recently had his toes amputated and I left town to be with them. The surgery seemed to go well and I returned home and resumed activities. Unfortunately he unexpectedly passed soon after. I dropped everything and went back to be with her and my family and left everyone hanging. I am sorry for that but nothing can come before family. I am packing and shipping as fast as I can to get everyone their orders. After that I will be pulling down the website for awhile perhaps permanently.

Thank you all.

Bobby

Iam sorry to hear that Bobby. I know what it takes to run a one man show. This year I have had all the customer's I could want but now at 50 overwaight,a bad back, high blood presure and diabetes AND 4 days ago taking a slip on my wet wooden deck off the side and landing on my one knee in the gravel has now put me out for sometime. More and more I woulder what Iam trying to accomplish anymore. I hope we can still do bizz together later.

Sorry to hear about your family situation and the passing of your Brother in law Bobby.... Sad

I will add that .....I had a 'customer' recently order direct from Bobby upon my recommendation, and while it did take a while ( know how that goes) to get good parts, when they arrived they were packaged well and evidence of express shipping to get them there fast and..... so I do commend Bobby on both the quality of his parts and his shipping... in the end it came out to be just what was expected. Very Happy

I hope to get some more customers to order your fine products for use on the work I do to some local cars in regards to rubber items in the future.

I bought some German bus taillight seals from Bobby on July 10th. I emailed after 2 weeks to say they hadn't arrived. On July 28th, I received a similar email to the posting here about his family tragedy. Within that email he said my seals had been shipped and should arrive by the weekend. The weekend and the next week passed and no seals. I emailed numerous times, requesting a tracking number or just some confirmation that they had been shipped. No responses, no taillight seals.
Does anyone know what has happened to Bobby?

I ordered a windshield seal from Luftkuhlte.com on May 6. As yet I have received nothing from them, no explanation, no emails, nothing. I have tried emailing but get no response from them. It's sad to say but I guess that $100 is gone.

August 13 and still no sign of it.

FYI, I have emailed Bobby directly MANY times over this past month concerning my non-delivery and haven't received ANY responses from him. I filed a Paypal grievance and the OEM parts contact in Germany that the Paypal payment goes to is refunding my money "soon" and says he has a new buyer for his parts. Has anyone else found this out?

Sorry about your loss of a hundred bucks...its obvious you havent done business with Bobby till this point,he is anal about closing a deal...thats a shame...my bet is Bobby follows through when he can....from my view he busted his ass to make the german/american connection, buying the best there to ship here...one wonders if it is worth it,ths hobby aint worth the gunpowder to blow it to hell...unless your grandpa got a lotta Sambas in his backyard...

The supplier is in Germany.
Bobby buys the parts from him and sells them to us.
The Paypal payment goes to the supplier.
Bobby is supposed to ship the parts.
Sounds like Bobby is no longer doing that so the German supplier has a new middleman.
