I used Meguiar's Plastic X and it worked pretty good. My side curtains were very yellow, now I can see out of them pretty good. Your FLAPS should have it in stock. _________________ Old City Oil Drippers Northeast |

Are you a police officer? I recognize that front plate as that of the force. _________________ Vehicles I have:

Well, I haven't seen it yet, but I was told today that she is on page 71, bottom left of the Sept 2010 of Hot VW mag. She is in the final stages of body work and paint at Classic Camber in St Pete, FL. She should be ready to mount the chassis in about a month!!!! _________________ S&J

An eye cather indeed... and a bit bold with that SS Division mark emblem. _________________ Thing stuff:

Looks nice with the clean satin black.
*ignorant question* Isn't the shield on the SS emblem backwards? |

thanks for the kind comments guys- and Doc*181, the decal of the Wolfsangle that you are referring to came on the car when I bought it.. I did my research and decided to keep it.. bold? yes.. any other deeper meaning other than a decal that I thought was cool? no
yellow73- I believe you are correct- the Das Reich tactical symbol which uses the old Celtic Wolfangle symbol does have the top of the crest going the other way.. good catch- maybe this way it means something less symbolic? |

That was almost what I was thinking when I saw the actual SS marking on google. Kind of like the eagle crest with the head facing to the eagle's right (traditional German) instead of left (Nazi party).
Only a handful of people would recognize that marking, I was not one of them until Doc pointed it out. As long as it is an innocent "cool" addition, it should be okay.. |

No, that's cool. It was never my intention to accuse you for being neo-nazistic or something like that. The sticker does fit the style of the car aesthetically.
Made me think... I guess such a sticker (and the eagle mentioned by yellow73kubel) would still be considered a provocation in Europe and even prohibited in some countries. _________________ Thing stuff:
