Yes, I did a search. Couldn't find what I was looking for.
What is an economical way to ship a complete spindle-to-spindle beam? How should it be packed? I've heard some pretty low prices but I think it was for just a beam. Not beam, torsions, trailing arms, tie rods and spindles. Any help would be appreciated. _________________ "My biggest worry is that when I die, my wife will sell all my parts for what I told her I paid for them"-Jon

When shipped axles, I built boxes with 2x4's and light plywood and sent them FedEx freight. |

Greyhound will ship it but it has to be 100lbs or less packaging and all. |

Pull off the spindles and ship them separate from the packaged up torsion arm to torsion arm assembled beam.
You'll end up with a 90-100lb package and a 27lb package, much more manageable and no need for freight shipment. _________________ Aaron D. Badertscher

How do you pack yours and what is a ballpark cost? _________________ "My biggest worry is that when I die, my wife will sell all my parts for what I told her I paid for them"-Jon

Cost kind of depends on where it's going... You know the weights and dimensions, so plug those into the carriers shipping calculator. _________________ Aaron D. Badertscher
