Recently seen on Craigslist:
"One of a kind show car, built with a VW chassis and VW engine. Whimsical design highlighted by hand-painted body with flip-flop colors and airbrushed graphic details. This car won awards in the sixties, and was featured in at least one hot-rod magazine. It has been garaged since it was built."
Featured in Hot Rod Magazine Oct 1973, built(?) by Mark McManus.

I don't think you can looking at a wiring diagram for a '71 super bug.
Correct me if I'm wrong but doesn't an oil pressure switch work on shorting to earth when there's no pressure which is why your oil light is on when you first turn over your engine. But the break fail switch works on a positive switch? |
