Took my daughter to Mt Katahdin today for a little day trip. I grew up in the
area and haven't visited the Mountain in awhile. It was like seeing an old friend
again. We stopped to take a pic of Pockwockamus Rock just down the road
from the enterance of Baxter State Park. We had our lunch at Abol Beach and
then drove up the Golden Road to Abol Bridge.

My wife and I recently purchased this lot on the Tennessee River in Clifton, TN for an unbelievable price. They still have several for sale for $25,000 for a half acre. If anyone is interested PM for the details. I am not involved in selling these in anyway, just giving information for fellow sambaestas.

we went to door county, wisconsin last week and hit a couple state parks.

from peninsula state park... who knew site number 566 ( Shocked

) could feel quiet and somewhat secluded? i'm sure the cooler nights and weekday stay contributed to that.
