Here is a pouch that I hadn't seen before. It is for the Dealers & distributors brochure. Kinda cool.

My wife was born in Dandenong, Victoria Australia. Her father left Germany as an Engineer to work for BOSCH across the way from the VW factory in Australia. Just happens to be I collect RHD's from Australia. In 2008 we make the trek down under and filmed a 2 week documentary which includes all about the old VW factory and its surroundings. I thought I would post this book for you RHD nuts out there. I find it a "must have" book. Very well written IMO.

Das Buch Vom Volkswagen by Paul Reibestahl
It's a very interesting book, with great pictures about split bug, bus, etc.
193 pages and it was printed in Germany 1951. I don't find any information about this book on the internet.

Very cool find Where did you find it?
If you do a google books search it looks like Reibestal wrote a lot about automotive subjects |

I found it on an auctionary site in my country and it was cheap.
The book are in perfect condition just the paper cover used.
I found just the name of book in some site (kdf-wagen.de), but nothing information about the book (number of copies, or other owner who has this book) but I think it's so much rare that there's a little details about it. |

jo napot!
the book is pretty rare especially with this nice dustjacket featuring a hebmüller. i know only one edition maybe because of the success of the "besser fahren ..." books, that are pretty similar. i have three issues in my collection and have seen only a couple more during the last 15 years. one was auctioned recently on ebay for 60 euros. _________________ VW Automobilia Archives & Forum

NOS Grand Opening Display for a new dealership that was to open sometime in 1962 or 1963, these posters are 3 feet by 3 feet each.
The Grand Opening banner is almost 20 feet long.
I'm going to need a bigger showroom

Hey All,
A buddy of mine just gave me his VW magazine collection because he was moving and didn't want to lug them to his new place. Well, amongst the early 80's Hot VW's there's a stack of Volkswagen Greats and VW Action issues from the mid 70's. Cool huh? Under that was a VW Trends Number One! Anybody collecting these? I've been out of the VW scene for about 10 years and just getting back. I've got no idea what these are worth. Any help is appreciated.
Later,
