I wonder what makes it VW, other than the badge? I see leaf springs under the front. Did VW build anything with front leaf springs?

edit: If you notice the air vents (or Earmuffs) that were on a 74' are now parts of the new hood.

| Yeah, I got the sliced/widened thing part, but I see a radiator as well... Is that on a JEEP chassis?... if so, ought to throw the JEEP embem on the hood?. I think there def. less VW there than anything else used to "create"(?) this... uh... Thing. |

I take it you've seen my Samba gallery. I hope you enjoyed the aborted greatness.
This Thing/4x4 is bad only because the front end looks like crap, they supposedly used a desirable model year as a body donor for what I assume is a Jeep, International Scout or Toyota FJ40 chassis, and they put a VW logo on it when only part of the body is VW. |
