A little info on my experience with Rocky Road.
I have the entire Fiasco documented if you are interested, but to summarize, they flail like no other. Absolute incompetence. Do not take what I am saying lightly. Every detail of the transaction was so hillbilly, I am ashamed they are in my same state. They have no skills, no talent, no concern for the customer, no competence, no accountability. The owner was elusive and deflected my questions with classic stall moves. They charged me up front then ordered my stuff, then said it was back-ordered, all the while using my money as their revolving cash. That is just a fraction of their BS I encountered. Unfortunately the BBB cannot punish a company for being pond-scum morons.
I cannot possibly extend to you how totally fuct those guys are. It was a 6 week transaction I finally canceled. I bought from a group called Sierra Expeditions (or something like that). The product showed at my house in 3 days. Clean and easy, total cost was $483. Ahh, I was having a peaceful morning until I relived the pain of dealing with those fools. I am going to go throw snowballs at their stupid warehouse, redneck jackwagon asshats! _________________ On a mission, the destination is just an excuse.
