I know a place on the North Side... Ravenswood area, VFC Engineering. I go there on jobs I don't want to tackle.

I know of places near the WI boarder too... But your on your own on the south side.

No, I don't. But where on the south side are you? I'm up north too but used to deliver european auto parts to shops down there. I think I still have some business cards somewhere. I remember 2 or 3 shops (not specifically alignment shops) that seemed to be more down to earth and might be worth calling to see what they say.

Round 99th and western "Beverly hills".
There is a European motors shop that I need to check out down here yet....
But would love any suggestions.

Try these.
Volkswagen Repair Service in Hyde Park 773-667-8131
This guy works alone and only does VW/Audi.
Ghosein's European Auto Service in Homewood 708-424-4610
This place was always busy.
Now I can't vouch for either one because all I ever did was give them parts. So definitely check things out for yourself. There's one other place I might know of in your area but don't have the info handy. I'll try to dig it up.

No problem. 99th/Western, it doesn't get much more south side than that! Here's one more shop near you.

The owner is a cool older Jamaican guy named Leeroy. Seem to remember lots of older Benz and Volvo at his place.
