Used a set for a year till they started to broke (the rubber started to split at a bottom). They worked OK before.
Got a new set this year and they seem that the rubber is a bit more strong. They don't clean the windshield very well, specially at the blade edges... _________________ 1967 Split SO-42 Dormobile |

I stopped using the original style blades years ago. Here you can still easily find modern style wiper blades in 11 inch, which fit the split bus perfectly. These are meant for old Land Rovers; maybe early Jeeps take something similar? |
Do you have a link or part # for these? I had a set of modern blades that bolted to my bus arms on my bus when i bought it but tossed them when I got my "correct" WW ones. They look the part but miss in spots so I wind up peering throught little strips of clearness when it rains. All of the blades I see in my local autostores will not fit the wiper arm. _________________ "A cranky transporter's a mighty finicky piece of machinery to be gambling your life on, Sir" |
