A couple more pics:
This pic gives you an idea on the size...you can easily insert through the door. The clearance was a couple of inches on each side.
In this picture, the sub is mounted against the ceiling of the closet. This is how low a 10" speaker must hang due to the diameter. You could install an 8" speaker and probably tuck the entire box into the upper cabinet area.
Another full pic so you can see the down-hang.
A close up showing the opening is still there to accommodate A/C and electrical hoses, and to connect the signal wires.
I have not painted the last side because I have still not decided on the best way to install this thing. Any ideas? I was hoping to use the existing holes for the shelves, but I have not found a method that stands out.
