Yet another fine deal with ISP West. Fender seals and beading for a T3.

I even got a pre-ship email asking if I really meant to order TWO car's worth. I only needed two SIDES (ONE car's worth), so their thoughtfulness saved a hassle returning unneeded parts.

A great business, and great that they support the T3 community as they do.

I just got some 911 swivel feet adjusters. They had some problems with their supplier, sent me an email to let me know it was going to be delayed a little, and guess what it was on my door step the next day. Awesome transaction and they are super hero's in the type 3 community!

I have placed at least three orders with ISP, each time, both Alex and Anthony took the time to explain things and really did their best to make sure I ordered the right parts.

They were extremely helpful with my lowered bus and rear type 3 setup.

All of my orders have been flawless, not one complaint, which is very rare these days it seems.

just a quick note to say what a great company i.s.p are.i brought a set of crested porsche centers for my fuchs.
a few weeks back i was out in the car got home and realized a crest had come off the center cap at some point.i e mailed anthony to buy a new crest.he sent me one all the way to the uk for no charge for the crest or shipping.
you would never get that from a uk company.

Just wanted to add my experience. I ordered windows and internals for the doors on the wife's 1965 Notch. Received them yesterday, very impressed. Their website stated "used, not show quality", I ask why not? I could not find any imperfections (although I'm looking through untrained eyes). I am trying to talk to my employer to see if he can send my paychecks straight to them. I will be ordering everything else I need for the Notch from these guys and will continue to do so once the '59 Beetle work begins. Thanks again.

Happy to report that ISP stands by their products and makes good when things don't go right (even when it's not really their fault).

I was given some seat covers for my birthday that TMI made in the wrong style and ISP, even though they were special order and technically non-returnable, listened to the problem and replaced them with the proper style/year.

Even though they already had guaranteed business from me (I have a type 3, where else am I really going to go?), I'll be making a point of buying from them as often as I can.

And I received this, is very similar, but is not the same advertised antena, the one on the ad looks better quality.

I know they are cheap, but should be the same as advertised.

I have contacted Hirschmann in germany to ask about this antenna, and the answer is that the antenna ISP sent me is NOT a Hrischmann antena.

Have you spoken to the folks at ISP and asked them what happened? That would seem to be the first step, as opposed to contacting the manufacturer.

If you have spoken with ISP, please report their response.

Yes I have contacted ISP.

Here is the mail history, today I sent them a new email with the Hirschmann factory's information.

He offer me to send them (i bought 2 atennas) back, but if I have to pay both shipments is not usefull for me.

Besides, now I'm in Argentina again.

The fact that you're now in Argentina isn't ISP's fault. They've offered to refund your money, which seems fair.

I don't know that we really have enough info to tell whether it's a "fake" or not, and based on my dealings with them, I doubt they would intentionally sell a fake.

I know that the antenna on the ad is not the same as the one he sent me.

the point is that if he sent an antenna like the ad, none of this had happened

I agree the refund should be just the antenna value in the case he send an antenna like the ad.

In this case I think he should return the full value with shipping included.

Me parece que ellos son los que deberian defenderse.
