I have a set of thin lipped Riviera's. The wheels were cleaned with a pretty aggressive blaster so there is a good tooth for adhesion. I'm polishing the center and outer lip and will be adding chrome center caps and lugs. I also plan on leaving the spokes with the raw textured look and would like to clear for protection against dirt and brake dust. Did a search and found several post about polished aluminum, but nothing with a raw finish. Any suggestions? Thanks

I would paint them in Silver paint rather than clear. I think they make a cast aluminum color. that way it would stay clean and the color would be uniform and wont get stained.

I have a set of 8 spokes that I did a similar treatment to. After sand blasting to remove old paint, I glass bead blasted the areas which were not polished. They seem to be holding up well against the dirt and brake dust.
