I have a 63 ragtop with a 1600 DP. I came across a 6 volt AC unit real cheap. I'm just wondering if it worth it. I'm not really excited about cutting holes in the front of the cars. Any thoughts?

The aftermarket systems didnt need great big holes cut in cars, just a couple of small ones drilled here and there in non visible places for pipework.

But really it's not worth bothering with old a/c units when they make replicas which actually look exactly the same, work 100x more efficiently and are brand new not 50 years old.
