I purchased a reconditioned non-adjustable ball joint beam from them, but they stated that the shipments of beams they were getting were all crap and they didn't want to sell me one.

So, to make good on it, they offered up an adjustable beam for the same price! I was thrilled, and regardless of any "bad press", I see that as taking care of the customer first and foremost.

I plan to buy a new carb from them today, and that's mainly because of my first good experience with them. Plus, I agree that I would rather support a "local" company (i'm in Ohio) than companies a half-a-country away. Those northern "automotive" states are HURTING right now...

I spoke with Roy today about having a motor built but Im still on the fence between Mofoco and my local place. After reading some of the feedback I feel like Roy is alot like myself willing to bend over backwards to fix a any problems a customer might have. Im giving my local shop a day or two to call me back with some numbers, Mofoco will get my business if I dont hear something soon from them .
