Since the other thread was locked due to a misunderstanding of its content I will give this one a try.
This should be a 4x4ing thread not a nature show. I would like a place for Syncro lovers to explore all things Syncro and their capabilities.
I don't care how pretty your vans look sitting in a meadow or beside a tree. I want have a place where you can see action pics and videos like the following ones. I welcome links to vids, pics, and off road vanagon sites as well. And of course carnage is welcome.

I am not sure if everyone is aware of this, but in Europe Ford has a van called the Transit that was a competitor to the Vanagon. The european Ford Transit is the same size as a VW Van unlike the North American Ford Transit which is the size of a Subaru forester. _________________ 1987 Syncro

I'm not sure WHY the other threat was locked and directed us to this thread "Eurovans in the Wilderness (or not) Thread". This one is for Eurovan, nothing about Syncro, off road or 4x4...

Thanks for all the cool stuff so far. Keep it coming. Thought that I'd add this vid to the off road collection.

Saw this sweet video and thought that it deserves a place in my thread.

This is my contribution.
It is'nt really off roading, but does show what I think is one of the syncros best virtues (with a VC) and that is its snow and ice stability. I do not think that there is a better snow vehicle to be had, up to and equalling the new Land Rover Discovery type stuff.
It also shows the countryside within a mile or two of my house.
Apologies if the music is not to your taste, but is one of my favorites.
