Okay time for some pictures. Over all its good but did find some things that need to be taken care of.
Muffler not right?!? Its touching
Steering dampener not hooked up, that could explain the way it handled

It does have the original split case tranny... Anyone know what clutch I need? This one is going out, its mounted to a 1600.
Look at the way the accelerator is jerry rigged, if my picture is clear...
Sorry camera dosen 't like close shots
This is my first bus so correct me if I'm wrong but this is hooked up backwards right?
Finally the rocker needs some repair

Great looking bus - very, very nice.
Looks like a muffler shop job of fitting a generic muffler; I'd replace it with a correct bus muffler for better looks and correct fit. Accelerator linkage kit available from WW will have that rigging fixed up in no time. Fresh air flipper is on backwards - the paddle should be pointing toward the multiple stop markings. The rocker shows some small bubbles, but if that's all you have, you're in really good shape.
Not sure if its been mentioned, but if you replace those lower profile tires with some more correctly sized ones, I bet you'll get a nicer ride.
Please update this post as you go - looking forward to following this bus! |

Looks like a crap Empi single tip, which hits the apron unless trimmed.
Great looking bus! |
