I was able to snag a full westy vanagon interior with all the accessories other than the AC setup for a steal of a deal at the local junk yard. Did you guys have to cut extra holes in the side for the additional hook-ups? I may look into making a panel under the bus to place the water hookups.

I am doing it right now. It's a lot of cutting and a tight fit in some places. Vanagon must be a few inches wider inside...

Are these vanagon bed hinges or are they late westy hinges? They don't appear to bolt down on to the top area above the fuel tank. I am fitting a vanagon interior but have a set of early westy hinges that look like they should not take too much cutting and welding to get to work. The vanagon hinges require the back seat to sit too high to be comfortable for adults. _________________ 1973 Campmobile http://www.thesamba.com/vw/forum/viewtopic.php?t=524511&postdays=0&postorder=asc&start=0
