I need some jetting recommendation for this motor:
1835
scat c45 cam
cb heads with 44x37 valves
webber 48
motor is in a dual cab that is daily driven

Well the General rule of thumb that i have learned in the past was 4 times what the venturi/choke size is by 200 ish air, gets you in the ball park to start.
Example of this might be a 40 chock in theory should be around a 160 main. i use to use a 165 main for my application.

maybe do the 4 times plus a step to keep it some what safe. a rich motor is better then too lean.

"out of the box" means nothing, because webers are shipped with different jets. WHICH ONES DO YOU HAVE?

Thanks for that info Mike i never heard that, and it sounds pretty practical. Yes we are meeting at Ricy and Ronnies on Sunday at 1200, i posted info in the show section of this site. John i will check the gets and post later thanks.
