source for split tie rod end

I need a correct new or nos inner tie rod end.
The one I bought in the past from a german seller is not good.
The top one on the picture. The thread is too short.

With this one it's impossible to adjust.
I thought to machine the shaft to continue the thread but I'm afraid of weakening.
Any source?

instead of machining the tie rod...machine down the rod a bit. Section it and weld it back. Do this with a spare one or later type until you find the correct one.

These pictures should help you with the search for the correct NOS parts. KDF-service (Poland) is reproducing something quite similar.

I thought the one of KdF service was not good. Quite similar as you said.
I think I've already made this inquiry from him about 2 years ago for a friend.
However, i've just send him an email.
This could help everyone as NOS ones are hard to find now.

The inner end with left hand threads is not so hard to find, I have several of them.
