Just an update. It's been roughly 3 years since I did the redrill. I drive it quite often and do not baby it, both on pavement and gravel. We have some of the worst roads in Ontario.When we go camping it carries about 500 lbs of people and 400 lbs of food/water/gear.

I have not had any problems with the wheels studs etc.
