Are they bolted straight on or are you using adapters?

How wide are they?

What size tires?

These are 16x8 et28 (after the adapters) with 215/50 tires. Rear fenders are rolled. Good pic with the bumper off so you can see the clearance and that delicious fat chick ass. Very Happy

Mine are et55, I'm SA so the bolts are non-issue but it's real close to the springplate. The GL peeps use counter a countersunk or button head bolt for that one little guy that gets in the way.

I'm running 17x7 with 205's and my ET is 45mm. Just misses the rear fender when I let it off the jack. Front's are the same and I am down 3 outers I believe and have to use the air shocks to raise it up to drive and turn. Redrilled Drums and Rotors NO adapters. Picture below is with the air at 100 lbs all the way up.

Here's my notch with only 10lbs of air almost as low as it will go now relying on the stock suspension.

You are saving your penny's to order new 17" tires, when you could buy good used tires for 1/4 the price that will last 20,000 miles! All you have to do is ask at the right Tire Shop. I've got good used Michelin on my square for $30 each mounted/balanced. I just put a set of 4 good used 31X10.50X15 M&S Toyo on my pickup for $250. Idea

yours are the wheels that will eventually be under whatever car of mine inherits my 4x100 hubs and air ride. on my system, as long as i am above 25psi in the front, i can turn lock to lock. we must have the same wheel offset as mine barely miss the rear fender with 205/45/17 on the back. I would like to fit a 205/55/17 under the back just for a bit extra sidewall.

Yeah It would look a bit tougher with some 55's in the rear. I can roll at about 50 lbs of pressure in the front and can turn but I am afraid of having the tire hung out and hitting a large woop or bump and DANG there goes the Fender... Mad I normally keep the pressure up around 80psi for comfort.

Here's an original '54-55.
