your wire loom comes through the holes. That would be all those holes are for.

You didn't figure out which holes did what in high school? Twisted Evil

Ok, yeah, the one behind where the glove box goes is for the trunk release.

It's all pretty simple, to the left of the steering column is the speedo cable, big square one is the fresh air fan ducting, small hole to the right of that is the wiper motor and fan wiring, small hole in the glove box area is tank float sender wiring and big one next to it is hood release cable.

large plastic thing in the center is the blower box drain, i think.

Correct, make sure it is clear or you will have water in the floor boards and rust in the blower box

Almost

first ? on the left is the antenna wire,
next to the right is either interior light or washer bottle hose
speedo cable correct
next ? is for fan wiring
The one you have marked for the wipers is actually for the washer nozzle hose
the big one next to it is the wiper motor wiring.
