|

Howdy all,
I am looking for any feedback that folks may have on a particular suspension set up I am thinking about.
I have syncro tin top with stock springs and a set of Boge struts/rears that are probably due for replacement. I am happy with the ride height of the van, so I am not neccisarily looking to lift it. however, I have noticed a fair bit of swaying under breaking/wind.
Has anyone married stock syncro springs to Old Man Emu's on a hard top?
Seems there is a lot of info on Syncro Westy suspension, but I could not find any on using stock springs on a tinner.

I'm running OME's on mine and couldn't be happier. _________________ 87 Syncro Tintop

Same here. Stock springs with OME's and the ride is great.
I did shim the rear springs with an extra stock disk because of some extra weight with the suby conversion, bumper, and hatch rack.
I'm happy with the ride height and stability.

Great! Thanks for the input. Looks like stock springs and OMEs are the direction I'm headed. _________________ 86' Syncro 2.2 Vanistan, WBXhaust, ski-pole shifter for +11hp |
