Is it the 75 amp one that is harder to come by?

I thought I read that even the 55 amp one was no longer available?

I saw this while looking around... it says "in stock"

Yes it is the 75 amp boot what is hard to come by. Most of the buses that have gas heaters have the 75 amp alternators I think.

The 55A boot is now being reproduced by Ventura Warehouse Group. The 70A version is NLA. The last source were Porsche warehouses.

The current draw of the BA6 is substantial: you need the bigger alternator to handle the two fans and glow plug.

Thanks Richard... I just posted the link because I saw that they said the boot was in stock and I couldn't remember which one you said you had gotten the last OEM boot from... I now figure it must be the 75 amp you were referring to.
