Congratulations, that's quite a milestone to pass!
You could celebrate with the car by...
Re-packing the front wheel bearings..
Valve adjustment...
Tune-Up...
Engine and transmission oil changes...
...and anything else due at 50,000 miles!

Funny you should say that. I just finished giving it new brakes, a new battery, and a tune up. Oil change, wash and wax to follow.
