Hey guys I bought this from the Henry Moore estate up in Michigan and my guess is he brought this back with him from his station there when he came back in '61. Anyone seen one? It looks to nice to be a one off, but that's only a guess.

Home made, and judging from the construction, made a long time ago.

Yes, that is home-made.

It looks like a crown to me.

The estate I got it from was the collection of all collections. He was stationed in Germany post war and had several late '50s sedans while in Munich. When he came home he ended up working at Bud Clark VW/Porsche both as a mechanic and salesman for years. I just home to have a oval or splitty to stick it on someday. Smile

P.s it wasn't a bad buy for $5 Cool
