We insist. Very large contingency of 2wd vans at the event. They opened up the upper orchard for some really nice shaded camping last year and a bunch of Wet Westie's folks showed up.
Funny, I just saw Dr. Malloy's name pop up on WetWesties and checked the site the other day where I noticed it was announced. I decided to email for an invite(first time I had ever done that). He answered back with, "we will see you there".

Not only is it just after Pickathon and NW String Summit, it is the weekend before the Avetts at the Edgefield - great timing.
Looking forward to hanging out with J Kidd, JC, Pete and Jeffrey.

I just finished fixing the body damage from last year. Just in time, leaving for SdM and SS on Wednesday. Looking forward to NWMF this year.

I see no official thread other than the sticky with the Linky to the website. If you are anywhere near the PNW, come out and see the North West Mog Fest. It is 5 days of sheer delight, intermixed with blown minds and unforgettable memories. Get invited. PM myself or other posters in this thread. You just need to possess the passion to get invited. Any VW is pretty much welcomed, only, some get to roll through the PIT  Maybe even me this year

We will be there with the Thing hopefully. This will be the 12th time for me. I was the first to bring a Vanagon and or a Syncro to the event. It was ruled by Unimog's back then. That still didn't stop the Syncromog from embarrassing them in the gravel pit though. Back then there were more Unimog DOKA's in attendance than we get Vanagon DOKA's now. The Syncro's have taken over though with at least 45 attending last year!

I have a new rebuilt engine to install before hand but if all goes well Me and Lily and VanWilder will be there for sure! Can't wait to run VanWilder through the pit of despair! I don't think we will park so close to the pit this year though. We look forward to seeing everyone again this year!
