Does anybody have any pictures of the BA6 exhaust pipe on a bay window? I just picked up a NOS one for the heater I am going to put in my bus, but I am unsure of exactly how it mounts. _________________ air-cooled or nothing for me

I know they exit in front of the rear drivers side tire on a baywindow, but can't help you much past that unfortunately.
When VW put the BA6 under the aircooled Vanagon's they just deleted that pipe BTW and allowed it to exit right under the vehicle just a few inches out the back end of the heater. |

I saw those already busdaddy, but none of those pictures actually show the real NOS pipe mounted to the car. That is what I was wondering about. I have the NOS pipe shown in the picture, but in order to get it to connect to the heater it has to connect to a 90 degree elbow where it goes through the frame rail, which I am not sure how to do. _________________ air-cooled or nothing for me

Here are a couple pics of mine mounted. I believe this to be the factory setup.
And now it tucks up into the belly pan where the heater is:
Haven't had the ambition to tackle making it work though. Good luck with yours! _________________ DJ
