Don't ever brush one of those sprinkler heads with a fork lift. You would be amazed at the volume of water they can distribute. There are some lessons in life that are never forgotten. It started with a mystifying hiss above, lowered the forks and......"Noah is that ark ready?!" |

It just proves, just because someone can weld, doesn't mean they should. |

Contrary to what all his buddies had told him Dad did indeed notice the turbo was missing off his new truck and wanted it back before the build could be completed _________________ Rust NEVER sleeps and stock never goes out of style.

Didn't see if this had been figured out yet, but my guess is propane/CNG or some kind of diesel/vegetable fuel mod.

It's definitely a parade float. That would explain the Briggs and Stratton egine and the fire sprinklers. _________________ Check my classifieds for kewl gauges:

If memory serves, the guy who built this called it a magatron engine. It's a reciprocating electric motor. _________________ Check my classifieds for kewl gauges:

I had a similar situation while installing skid plates on a Subaru. I was drilling holes through the floorpan of a rally car that was about halfway completed, and all of the sudden I'm getting blasted with high pressure powder. I got the heck out of the way, and then got really confused because, well, nothing in a car contains high pressure powder.
Except for the fire extinguisher I left in the passenger compartment earlier when I was welding, which I casually poked a hole through. _________________ '60 Canadian Standard, '64 Bug, another '64 Bug, '66 Bug, '69 Sunroof Bug, '69 GT3 Bug, '71 Super, '72 Super, '73 Canadian Custom, '74 Love Bug, '83 Mexi Bug, '85 Cabrio, '94 Mexi Bug, '99 New Beetle, '02 New Beetle Turbo S, '03 New Beetle VR6.
