Was Dbl (double) Cab Bay window Buses were directly imported to the USA or did they have to be sneaked in from Canada or some where else?
Anyone have an idea how many Dbl Cab Bays are in the USA today?

Thanks for those links.... IMO if I read it right, world production of the best year of Dbl Cab bays was 12,500 units.....
I wonder how many made it here....
