I haven't got several messages regarding the gaskets--just this one--
And the one you just sent to me direct;

here's a copy of that;

Problem solved.

From: [email protected](Terry K) Date: Tue, May 22, 2012, 12:31pm (CDT+5) To: [email protected] Subject: Re: Coolant Pipe Gaskets

Colin,
I had the two boxes of gaskets in my hand on Friday. I'll be damned if I can find them.
I don't know where I was, where I went, where I put them. There here, I just don't know where.
I'll send you your money back in 5 minutes-- Big Brain Fade.
Terry--

And after posting on this forum, this is the email I received minutes later .
Now I'm not camping this weekend. I guess those were the last 2 gaskets he had in stock, LOL. Buyer BEWARE. Remeber, you get what you pay for. Tried to save a few bucks and got burned. So what do you have to say for yourself Terry? Those were the last 2 gaskets in your inventory huh.

I got one message from you
Colin--this morning.
I immediatly refunded your payment.
(Show the folks ALL of the innumerable messages you sent me.
Show me too.)

I have (had) 30 of each seal.
Had them in my hand to ship you one of each.

And as you posted, and as I responded to you, I can't find them anywhere.

I spent 4 hours looking for them on Friday--and I'll be damned if I know what I did with them.

You got your $6.40 back this morning as soon as your wrote me with your assinine remarks--
I sure don't know what in the hell you want me to do besides refund your money.

I didn't bitch, I didn't complain.

Call VW, you can have them today--and go & [slur removed by admin] camping.

I misplaced them just like I told you-- Ihad them in hand, layed them down, I turned , and they were gone.
I just can't find figure what in the hell I did with them.

They are here--I just can't figure out where.

I'm sorry , I apologize, Please forgive me.

Too much stuff to do for one guy and a hundred places to be all at once.

Unfortunatelyi did not read through the feedback on terry Kay or I never would have dealt with him. I bought several items from Terry and had nothing but problems From day one Terry was rude, sending me repeated emails were he was telling me my address of ten years were I receive all of my mail is not valid. It is a personal mailbox but in ten years terry is the only one that has problems. I finally receive some items. Terry did not include the transmission hose holder that I paid for. I also purchased two westfalia curtain cords. These cords are not westfalia cords like the ones pictured in terrry's ad. The picture in the ad shows factory sealed b aggies with the proper labels. Terry then sends you ziploc bags with a cheesy copy of the label affixed to the Ziploc bag. One of the curtain cords was chewed up on the end. I contacted terry about the cord and hose holder that was missing. He said that he does not inspect products he sends out so it is not his fault. He told me he would exchange the curtain cord if I send the bad one back with me paying for shipping for his mistake. He also said he would look into the hose holder. A couple weeks later I received my imitation curtain cord but no transmission hose holder. I contacted terry and he told me it was my problem. I have never met anyone like terry in the VW world. He is rude, steals from people, and then will try to say it is your fault. Lucky for me my mistake only cost a couple of dollars but I wanted to warn others so they do not get swindled by this dishonest thief. BEWARE OF TERRY KAY!!!

Update. Now after posting this terry is sending me emails about how he is sending my name to all VW vendors he knows to tell them I am a thief. I have a paypal receipt for the money I paid terry but I do not have the parts I paid for. Now terry says he would have sent the part cause he just found them but not anymore after the message. Classic Terry.

Another Bottom Feeder making assuptions that he has aboslutely no clue what he's rambling about.

I replaced the faulty curtain retainer that I get from one of my suppiler's.
It was bad--I didn't see it, and that was that.
I located the part that was Allegidly missing and the barracuda was going to get it mailed.

Better to bitch than to act normal.

I cannot send anything to anyone that has a address posted inncorrect at Pay Pal.
The post office web page wouldn't even accept it.

I'm not the great Karnack, and can't see behind the card held to my forehead what his mailing info is automaticlly.

I should have smelled a rat & bailed as soon as I had problems with this transaction.

Another whiner.

And this is how this guy handles his dealings;

"You are a low lifed scumbag theif"

Yea--I'm going to jump right on this one--
Nice opening comment.
Good PR work.
Fastest way to get immediate assitance

That is funny because I haven't been able to get any response from you till I posted this. You are incredibly rude to your customers. The $12 is not the end of the world but people should know the troubles they are in for before they do business with you. No one should have to deal with you. And you are selling counterfeit parts as originals. You should be ashamed of your self. Stop writing blabbering insulting emails and start inspecting your shipments before you send them. Also the address that you said was incorrect WAS my paypal verified address of over ten years pull it together man you are losing it.

More BS.

You think NLA parts just fly in here on a daily basis & available with a snap of my finger's?
I have some more on the ay to replace the allegid hook that was missing, and seeing as things don't happen instantly--poof_-there it is--I didn't make an announcement.

Wake up Son---again your grey matter is not functioning correctly, mr. scum bag, low lifed, thief.

Good line--I'll coin it when I need something from somebody fast.
I'll bet it'll warrant a good deal on them parts too--

If the curtain retainers are westfalia VW originals then why were they in zip locked bags with a crude copy of a label on them. Not at all the same ones that he has in the picture.

The boil has been cut--severed and all done with this carp.

Why does the manufacture use a different parts vessel?

Can't answer than question.
I just buy the stuff, not in charge of the packaging department.
I'll bet it's to lower some costs--not sure.
I'll be sure to contact them first thing tomorrow and inquire why the that bag has lessened a few mils in the last 20 years.
I'll be sure to jump right on that.

Update:
Terry refunded the money for the transmission hook. He also sent along lots of insults. I would save yourself a headache and shop elsewhere.

Terry everything abut those curtain rods screams that you made them or had them made, put them in a zip lock, put a copied label on and then sold it to people who see the factory one in your ad. Put a pic of your homemade arts and crafts time cut retain rod up since that is what you are selling.

It's the moron's like you that makes this job more difficult.

Plain & simple.

Cut the boil off & run like hell.

Please go somewhere else---leave now, & take the other bottom feeders with you.

"low lifed theif---good one.

I just went out and compared Terry's factory curtain cords to the stock westy ones and Terry's are different. They are thicker and have slightly different ends. Definetly home made NOT German quality. I will get pictures posted asap.

I suppose I have to contact the Van-Cafe, and find out why the manufacture's of the vent shade went from a box to a plastic bag with a stuck on label on it too--

I'll they are in the back room pounding out the vent shades with their vacuumatic parts duplicator, and packaging them in plastic bags rather than the original cardboard boxes & printing the labels too---

Hey--the Hirchman VW antenna's used come in boxes too--
Now they are in cheap plastic made in China bags.
I'll bet they're hammering them out at night in the back room and slapping their own labels on them.

I'll be sure to inquire about all of this foreign newly packaged stuff.
I'll get to the bottom of it.

Your outa your mind---

Release the tournequet that's cutting off the blood flow to the grey matter.

I was interested so I had this seller cut & paste his address from Paypal to me and it works fine on http://www.usps.com

This is exactly what kept popping up as soon as I went to print the shipping label Everett.
I did what the USPS & Pay Pal suggested--contacted him for the correct address.
I think he gave me two variables besides the one he had listed at pay pal.
And this sort of stuff happens more than you would think.

<<The shipping address is different from the U.S. Postal Service's recommended address.

We suggest contacting the buyer to confirm their correct shipping address>>

That did not occur to me on http://www.usps.com

I have seen that message on Paypal from time to time, it sometimes says that even if nothing is "wrong", meaning I have seen that because the address said "St." instead of "Street" or something else equally ridiculous.

I've used the USPS.com site and had it tell me a few times that an address was not valid. I would contact the buyer to confirm. I then printed a label and just took it to the Post Office and mailed it anyway. They always got there.

I'm not sure how pay pal links to the USPS site, and both of them work different for some wild reason.
The Pay Pal USPS hook up usually works pretty good just as long as the site reconizes the listed addess.

In this case the driect link to this address didn't work through pay pal, nor the post office site.
I manually entered it and hoped for the best.
Throwing a dart at the map on the wall.
