Justin,
Sounds like your throttle position switch is out of whack to me.
Adjust that and see what happens.
Thank you,

Thank you David, I now concur. After a little bit of digging on here and messing around with mine, I have a better understanding of how this thing should work. I get a click close to WFO but no click near CFC. So I think some adjusting is in order or a new cam. However, nothing happens if I reach under it and click it by hand in the closed position.
I did find my throttle cable is frayed under the boot and the return spring isn't pulling the throttle body CFC either. If I close it by hand it drops an additional 100rpm or so. _________________ Justin

No progress ecu, idle stabalizer, idle module all replaced starts revs to 3000 and dies. still no vibration with key on at the idle stabilzer and no power to any of the wires attaching to the idle module, very confusing and over my head . Fortunately I live in montana and can not be driven in the winter (2wd doka) so I have all winter to play with it. temp sensor replacement is my next stop. |

Just because the tps clicks don't mean it's good, verify with a meter. You stated-when u ground relay, idle control valve vibrates, right? Then will it idle ok?? |
