Is that an August '63 model?

If I was walking by it I would have guessed '63 because of the ragtop.

They tried to make it look like a 63, but the ragtop was not a factory ragtop, it was sweet having a sunroof though

so is it an August '63 Model? VIN #?
VIN should fall between 5677119 to 5750180 if its an Aug / 63 ( start of 1964 models )

Mine is an Oct '63...
VIN # 5819453
I have the peanuts, but larger license plate light cover.
as the pics above show.
