Here is a few updates for the event
We do suggest that you bring your own table and chairs for your vendor spot. But if you need some the prices are as follows....
- 8 or 6 foot table $6 each
- Metal folding chair $1 each
We will need to know if you need these items by Sunday the 10th. We have to give them a list on Monday so they will have it for the building that week.
Electricity will be available, but there will be a charge of $25 for 120 volt service. Please let me know if you require this, as we will have to make sure you are in a proper location.
Besides the New Auto Show being held on the Fairgrounds that day. There will also be a Flea Market. This is free to the public and will be right across from our building. Check it out at http://www.raleighfleamarket.net/

SWAP and show car are looking good.
Swap meet is actually higher then it ever has been.
Be sure to get your pre-registration in for either one of these to get your spot saved.
If you don't have a paypal account, be sure to send me a PM or email and I can send you a request for money. Then you can use your debit or credit card.

We start loading building at 7:30 until 9:00am.
The doors open at 9:30am for spectators
Show ends at 4pm. So everything has to stay in place until then.
4 pm will be the time we will start unloading the building.
If anyone has any questions on the event, please let us know.

Well, this count has bumped up a bunch since I posted yesterday!
3 toy/shirts, 3 new parts vendors, and 12 used parts vendors!
Please be advised that if you have or are going to have a spot, we will have to ask, due to space limitations, that you unload your truck or trailer and move it out to the parking lot. We want to fit all of you guys in there. Friday setup time is 5-9, so please come then if you can. Saturday morning is going to be VERY busy and we want to make sure you get in and out easily. If you don't pre-register, there may not be room day of show.

Bringing some parts down to sell to include ball joint drum drop spindles, dual 46 Kadrons, early deck lid, , 4" Narrowed Ball Joint Air Ride Beam, Hot VW Magazines, and early vert parts to include vert frame, vert decklid, doors, window frames, cut of switch for interior light, rear package tray and rear glass
Searching for: dual dellorto's, and link pin arms for a beam, lets make a deal before I get there

The SWAP area is going to be HUGE! We will be marking spaces off in the building. You will need to fit in your designated area to make room for everyone! If you are bringing a truck and trailer, please understand that you will need to unload and take the Truck outside. All Vendors/Swap meeters that can setup on Friday 5-9, please do! If not, be at building at 7:30am SHARP Saturday! If you are not pre-registered, we may not have room.

Our vendor section is going to be BIG! We have over 30 used swap meet vendors, plus another 20 that include new parts, toys, shirts and other VW related items. If you plan to get a spot, Give us a call or email and let us know. There may not be any room Saturday! Friday from 5-9 is pre-show setup time if you can come.
All spots will be reserved for those that pre-registered and you will have until 9am to arrive, before the spot is given up to the next in line. You will be asked to unload your items and take your car back out to the parking lot to make room for everyone.

Confirmation letters are being sent out today via email.
These contain time and direction information for the event.
We will be having setup Friday from 5-9pm for both show cars and vendors. If you can come that will be great. It will help with the traffic flow on Saturday morning. Please advise if you can come in on Friday so we will know.
We are going to be at MAX Capacity for this event. Our vendors are over 50 and the show car count is around 80!
Some parking for show cars, maybe outside in front of the building.
