Somethin's fishy... tires don't match. And short of an elephant sitting on it the suspension isn't going to drop that far from only her in it unless it's broken.

It's apparently an old police cabriolet by Hebmuller, Papler or Austro Tatra. It looks like it had the canvas doors.

I read that the heater control used to look like a dipstick when it was in the engine compartment. Maybe that's the heater control?

Actually I'd like more info on that engine in general. What's that thing where the carb should be? A supercharger? It's driven off the crankshaft pulley.
